Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual, family, and couples therapy sessions to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and ensure measurable outcomes, adapting these plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, case records, and treatment notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
- Practice culturally sensitive methodologies to provide inclusive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active Vermont LICSW license allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
