Be part of a global group spanning 50 countries. Our Franklin, USA site transforms semi-finished refractory metals into high-precision parts. We are adding an experienced Senior CNC Machinist to our 2nd Shift.

What you'll tackle
- Interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, specifications, and reference datums; read GD&T to plan machining sequences.
- Set up and operate primary and high-end CNC machinery, fully understanding and editing programs to achieve output and quality targets.
- Machine at unusual or compound angles; perform different or compound indexing; cut multiple-lead and other non-standard threads; generate helical gears and worm threads; and hold closely interrelated dimensions on complex surfaces.
- Program on the floor, run multiple setups, machine in place on fixtures, and debug first-article programs—making or recommending changes to improve results.
Must-haves
- 7–10 years of machining experience in a production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machining practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Ability to read machining and fabrication drawings.
- Math, geometry, and trigonometry proficiency; strong GD&T understanding.
- High attention to detail; clear communication; team-oriented approach.
