Unwired LLC – D2D is looking for a high-energy Door-to-Door Sales Trainer to develop, coach, and lead new hires in selling fiber internet services directly at the door. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, thrives outdoors, and leads by example.
What You’ll Do
- Train new sales reps on how to effectively sell fiber internet at the door
- Lead from the front—work the doors alongside reps, demonstrating best practices
- Run virtual training sessions, workshops, and performance follow-ups
- Develop onboarding plans to ensure new reps are confident and field-ready
- Coach on fundamentals: pitch, objection handling, closing techniques, lead flow, professionalism, and customer rapport
- Monitor performance, identify skill gaps, and implement improvement plans
- Support leadership with insights, reporting, and ongoing training initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Door-to-door or field sales experience required
- Prior leadership, team lead, or trainer experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify skills for new hires
- High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to get on the doors every day
- Comfortable hosting virtual trainings and reviewing rep performance
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Reliable, coachable, and committed to building a winning team
Compensation
- $52,000 base salary
- Aggressive commission structure (trainers earn on team performance)
