Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing skilled nursing care in a step-down unit, this position requires an experienced Registered Nurse comfortable with critically ill patients transitioning from intensive care. The role involves close monitoring, timely interventions, and effective communication with the healthcare team to promote patient recovery.

Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Nights: 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
- 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure
- Step-down unit nursing experience is required
- Ability to provide patient-centered care to critically ill and recovering patients
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient condition continuously and recognize changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with procedures and coordinate care planning
- Educate patients and families about conditions and recovery process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
