Growing wealth management firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence is looking for an experienced Financial Client Service / Paraplanner to join the team. Our client provides customized financial planning, investment management, and client service rooted in trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is excited to wear multiple hats across client service, paraplanning, and practice management. This is a unique opportunity to be a key member of a growing team, working directly with advisors and clients to deliver exceptional wealth management experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.

  • Manage scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items.

  • Process account openings, transfers, distributions, and other client transactions.

Paraplanning & Advisory Support

  • Assist advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and recommendations.

  • Conduct research on investment products, insurance, and planning strategies.

  • Maintain accurate financial data and update planning software/tools.

Practice Management

  • Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Manage workflows, project timelines, and team resources.

  • Support marketing initiatives, client communications, and business development efforts.

  • Assist in vendor management and technology platforms used by the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Progress toward FINRA Licenses, CFP® certification highly desirable (or willingness to pursue).

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and client service best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Orion, or similar) is a plus.
