Job Title: Client Service Associate / Paraplanner / Practice Manager
Location: Manchester, NH Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Growing wealth management firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence is looking for an experienced Financial Client Service / Paraplanner to join the team. Our client provides customized financial planning, investment management, and client service rooted in trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is excited to wear multiple hats across client service, paraplanning, and practice management. This is a unique opportunity to be a key member of a growing team, working directly with advisors and clients to deliver exceptional wealth management experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.

Manage scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items.

Process account openings, transfers, distributions, and other client transactions.
Paraplanning & Advisory Support

Assist advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and recommendations.

Conduct research on investment products, insurance, and planning strategies.

Maintain accurate financial data and update planning software/tools.
Practice Management

Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Manage workflows, project timelines, and team resources.

Support marketing initiatives, client communications, and business development efforts.

Assist in vendor management and technology platforms used by the practice.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a similar client-facing role.

Progress toward FINRA Licenses, CFP® certification highly desirable (or willingness to pursue).

Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and client service best practices.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Orion, or similar) is a plus.
