Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, using validated tools and approaches, and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to student needs, fostering resilience and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Engage in regular collaboration with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to create an integrated support system for each client.
- Facilitate peer review meetings and case consultations, promoting professional development and ensuring best practices in care delivery.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health and psychotherapy to integrate new evidence into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will primarily be working with children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and behavioral issues. Your focused interventions will target school-related challenges, social emotional learning, and family dynamics, with the goal of supporting students in achieving academic and personal success.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health, preferably with children and adolescents.
- Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy modalities and a deep understanding of the issues facing students and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
