Harrison Gray Search has been exclusively retained to recruit for a premier Multi-Family Office that is currently entering a significant growth phase. With several new ultra-high-net-worth families onboarding in Q1, our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Associate to join their Family Office Management Team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who wants to work in a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial environment. You will serve as the operational backbone for complex client portfolios, working in a non-client-facing capacity that is crucial to the firm’s success.

Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for completing the day-to-day functional group work of the Family Office department. You will work closely with the broader team to facilitate transactions, understand client needs, and improve service delivery. The workload is primarily driven by service queues within Salesforce, covering money movement, subscription documents, and tax payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Operations: Manage day-to-day transactions, including trade reconciliations, asset transfers, and account maintenance (retitling, opening/termination).
  • Workflow Management: Handle daily service tasks and investment paperwork managed through a workflow system and team distribution emails.
  • Tax & Planning Execution: Process client tax payments, manage the tax document lifecycle, and handle RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) processes and payments.
  • Alternative Investments: Process capital calls and redemptions, and track distributions.
  • Client Gifting: Process charitable gifting under the direction of the client and the management team.
  • Data & Compliance: Ensure CRM data (Salesforce/Practifi) remains up to date and assist clients in completing firm and custodian paperwork.
  • Meeting Support: Assist with the production of client meeting materials and manage document storage on the company network.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of related industry experience (Family Office, RIA, or Wealth Management).
  • Licensing: Active Series 65 license (or equivalent) is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Practifi, or similar CRM software is essential.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving proficiency with the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Why This Role?

This is a stable, high-impact role with a competitive salary range. Our client values commitment and reliability and offers the chance to work alongside a high-performing team during an exciting period of expansion.
