Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing tailored individual and couples therapy to clients across all age groups, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintaining organized, up-to-date records of therapy sessions and other essential documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Utilizing a billing service that manages insurance claims, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on providing care.
- Efficiently scheduling continuing appointments with clients while managing a full caseload, ensuring that your calendar is consistently updated.
- Working with a diverse range of clinical presentations, from anxiety disorders to relationship issues, providing a holistic approach to mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, providing family-oriented therapy within an educational framework. Your therapeutic interventions will aim to enhance students' well-being, foster resilience, and support their academic success by addressing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Current LICSW licensure to practice independently.
