As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction by providing stellar sales service
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails and faxes
- Employ effective up-selling techniques to promote additional products and services
- Process new orders and manage new and existing customer accounts
- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints with utmost professionalism and courtesy
- Multitask effectively to meet multiple deadlines in a prompt manner
- Manage phone communications answering calls, transferring calls, and addressing customer and sales representative inquiries proficiently
This is a Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to handle a high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient time management and multitasking skills
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous Experience in a customer service or order fulfillment roles is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Salary: $22-$25 Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
