Hours & Pay

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-2 year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!
- Work station cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Able to take direction
- Reliable & punctual
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures
- Set up & breakdown of station depending on shift
- Workstation cleanliness
- Prepare food and present to required standard
- Ability to take direction and work well with team
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)
- Punctual & reliable
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
