What You'll Do:

Lead with Purpose: Manage and mentor a diverse team of food service professionals across the district.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, financial performance (P&L), and safety compliance.

Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with school administration, faculty, and the community.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of management experience and 4+ years in K-12 school nutrition programs.

Education: Associate's degree in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.

Leadership: A collaborative management style with a track record of high employee engagement.

Technical Skills: Strong culinary production knowledge and comfort with food management systems.

Requirement: A valid driver's license.
