What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License: No CDL required (License type varies by state)
- Health Requirements: Pass the DOT physical
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent driving and interpersonal skills
- Legal Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Professional Appearance: Adhere to UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
Your Work Schedule:
As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work between 8 to 10 hours a day. Your workdays may vary, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to kickstart your career at UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, which includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
