We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers great room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in a physical role that involves consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.
- Lift products in groups, not exceeding 40 pounds individually.
- Read tape measures, use various tools, and possess mechanical aptitude.
- Assist operators in checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Work off of bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
- Use computers to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
- Lay out final products and perform final assembly tasks.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Use hand tools, blueprints, and work orders to manufacture products.
- Participate in training on different manufacturing processes and use computers to adjust machinery.
Essential Skills
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Trade school education.
- Experience in automotive or assembly roles.
- Ability to read blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
