Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for both individual and group clients using telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and private environment for disclosures.
- Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, adapting to their progress and circumstances.
- Collaborate with a remote team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to enhance client outcomes through interdisciplinary care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.

Qualifications\n

- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license issued by the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in social work, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
