This remote role allows for a flexible work schedule that adapts to the needs of our clients. While most of your work will be conducted online, it may also involve occasional in-person meetings or team collaborations. As part of our Detox Center, you will engage with clients who are navigating the complexities of addiction recovery, offering compassionate support and expert guidance in a telehealth setting.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring tailored interventions.
- Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and measurable outcomes in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize client-centered care, ensuring all members of the treatment team are aligned in their approaches.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment strategies, designing safety plans that are responsive to clients' immediate needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes that comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups that reinforce therapeutic goals and foster a sense of community among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
