We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing person who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. At LTP our Club Operation Team Members do a little bit of everything! From welcoming members at the front desk and helping with events to bartending, preparing food and keeping our courts and facility looking its best.
Knowledge of pickleball and playing experience strongly preferred.

Reports To: Management/Ownership
The Club Operations Team Member plays an important role in creating the welcoming, clean, organized and fun environment our members and guests expect at LTP.
This is a hands-on, multi[functional position. Team members may work at the front desk, assist members, bartend, prepare and serve food, maintain and clean courts, support events and tournaments and help with the overall operation of the club.
At LTP, there isn't a "that's not my job" mentality. Everyone works together to keep the club running smoothly and provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- check players in and assist with registrations, court reservations, open plays, clinics, leagues & tournaments
- Answer phones and respond to basic member questions
- Help new members understand how LTP works and make them feel welcome
- Be knowledgeable about current programs, events, merchandise and promotions
- Prepare and serve food according to LTP procedures
- Bartend and serve alcoholic beverages when legally eligible and appropriately trained
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen and bar areas
- follow all food safety and alcohol-service
- clean and maintain pickleball courts and surrounding areas
- keep the front desk, kitchen, bar, bathrooms & common areas clean and organzied
- Empty trash, restock supplies and complete assigned cleaning tasks
Every team member contributes to the LTP experience. You are often the first person a member sees when they walk through the door and the last person they interact with before leaving.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Willingness to perform a variety of responsibilities during each shift
- Ability tow work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning and facility tasks
- Food service, bartending, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience
- Pickleball knowledge and playing experience are strongly preferred. We love having team members who understand the game and play pickleball themselves, and can comfortably talk with members about the sport, programs equipment and overall pickleball experience.
