HR/Payroll/Scheduling Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR/Payroll/Scheduling Director to join our dynamic team at RegalCare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing exceptional care and a supportive environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives

Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans

Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality

Support department managers with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
-
Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, staffing, and compliance audits
-
Foster a positive and respectful work culture consistent with RegalCare's mission and values

Coordinate facility scheduling for daily operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care

Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters
