Job DescriptionPosition: Revenue SpecialistReports to: Chief Financial Officer Pay: $70,000 to $80,000/salary Hours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Malden, MA Triangle's Expectation of Employee: Adheres to Triangle Policy and Procedures Acts as a role model within and outside Triangle Performs duties as workload necessitates Maintains a positive and respectful attitude Communicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Meets Department productivity standardsSafeguard sensitive and confidential data Essential functions: Assist in preparation and oversight of contracts with state, local and private funding sourcesPreparing, updating, maintaining and renewing approximately 30 contracts with various state officesUnderstand various types of services that clients receive and their relationship to billing contractsSupport and monitor all third-party billing at each of the sitesMaintain and update roster database for billing and utilizationPrepare and maintain credentialing application for billing purposesProficient in ExcelRepresentative payee and social security liaison overseeing the calculations and payments for charges of careResponsible for the administration of Section 8, HUD and SNAP programsGenerate and review billing reports from the electronic health record and billing softwareStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of personalitiesGood working knowledge of computer operating systems specifically windows is requiredStandard business application software experiences must include MS office and the ability to read and comprehend basic legal contractsDisplay highly motivated attitude, and ability to meet deadlinesPrepare and analyze statistical productivity dataOther tasks and duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business/Management preferred (Associates Degree may be accepted dependent upon experience) 3-5 Years' experience with performance-based contractsExperience and knowledge of a DDS environment requiredBlackbaud experience a BonusStrong multi-tasking abilityMassachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record requiredTravel required Language SkillsAbility to verbally communicateAbility to read, analyze, interpret, and write documents.
