This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing for an optimal work-life balance. You will be part of a patient-centered, multidisciplinary primary care team that collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive service delivery. The absence of evening or weekend hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM) allows you to dedicate your time to patient care during the day, promoting healthier work-life integration.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to provide psychotherapy, delivered either individually or in group settings.

- Maintain adherence to all mental health policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity of our behavioral health programs.
- Perform timely client intakes, applying mature judgment and sensitivity to facilitate a welcoming environment.
- Provide crisis intervention counseling to clients in immediate need, employing de-escalation techniques as necessary.
- Assess patients for referral needs, particularly for more intensive inpatient or specialty care.
