Finance & Accounting Associate
Location: Bedford, MA (100% on-site)
Structure: Temp to Perm (must be US Citizen)
Compensation: Up to $25/hour + growth opportunities
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Accounting or Finance who want to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting and financial operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry
- Prepare reports and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with month-end close
- Use Excel to manage data, track metrics, and build simple reports
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads encouraged!)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn, reliable, and a team player
