Summary of Position (salary based on education, experience and knowledge)
Accounts Receivable Specialist will report to the Chief Financial Officer. Our ideal candidate will possess the below:

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Daily invoicing of multiple companies</li>
<li>Check deposits and reconciliation of customer accounts</li>
<li>Collection of delinquent accounts</li>
<li>Month end billing and reporting</li>
<li>Bank reconciliations</li>
<li>Reconcile monthly commission reports</li>
<li>Support Accounts Payable; as needed</li>
<li>Various other office duties</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Associates degree in Accounting preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, a plus
Familiar with Excel and Accounting Software (QuickBooks)
