SCHEDULE Onsite. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
(40 hours per week)
CONTRACT TERM 3 months with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee.
POSITION OVERVIEW – Warehouse & Logistics Associate The Warehouse & Logistics Associate will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics activities. This role will help ensure materials, tools, and equipment are accurately received, stored, tracked, prepared, and delivered to support operational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and promote a strong safety culture by adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored, handled, and maintained in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
- Receive, inspect, identify, and accurately process incoming materials, ensuring all goods receipts and inventory transactions are recorded correctly in the ERP system.
- Perform inventory movements, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and alignment between system records and physical stock.
- Prepare, stage, and issue materials, tools, and equipment to support operational requirements, ensuring items are available when needed and delivered to the correct locations.
- Coordinate logistics activities between the warehouse and operational locations, including Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), and other deployment points.
- Support the mobilization, demobilization, and sorting of tools, parts, and equipment during operational rotations to ensure efficient load-outs and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, deliveries, and material movements while ensuring compliance with established documentation requirements.
- Assist in monitoring warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to track deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and ensure compliance with site access and delivery requirements.
- Support warehouse layout, housekeeping, and storage optimization initiatives to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
- Assist with warehouse transition projects, inventory relocations, and facility improvement initiatives as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Experience with inventory transactions, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accurate inventory recordkeeping.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipments, deliveries, and material movements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouse teams, and operational locations.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and follow EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support warehouse mobilization, demobilization, load-outs, returns, and inventory relocation activities.
