Full-Time | $20–$22/hr Base + Performance Incentives

About the Role

Peakzi is hiring a Business Development Representative / Appointment Setter on behalf of a fast-growing, 5-star home services company. This role is a key part of the sales and customer experience engine, serving as the first point of contact for customers across multiple home services lines.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support daily sales and service operations by managing inbound and outbound communication and ensuring customers are scheduled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule sales and service appointments

  • Make outbound calls and texts to warm leads generated from marketing

  • Ensure fast follow-up so no lead goes unanswered

  • Schedule technicians, sales reps, and auditors accurately

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM

  • Confirm appointments and communicate changes to internal teams

  • Follow up with customers after appointments and installations

  • Contact customers for preventative maintenance reminders and service agreement renewals

  • Collect payments when applicable

  • Coordinate calendars and transfer lead information accurately

  • Participate in recurring meetings to review lead quality and performance

  • Support customers throughout installation projects with proactive communication

  • Rotating evenings and weekends availability required

What We’re Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, appointment setting, or inside sales

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Comfortable using computers and multiple software tools

  • Proficient in basic applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)

  • Excellent time management and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, energy services, etc.)

  • Multilingual (English required; additional languages a plus)
