E/M Assembly Technician (contract to hire)

What You'll Do:

· Assemble prototypes using work instructions that will continue to evolve over time

· Perform tests on prototypes to validate build quality

· Inspect, organize, and prepare hardware parts for assembly, including performing part reworks as necessary

· Document part and assembly issues, required reworks, and machine configurations for performance traceability

About You:

· Hands-on worker with a strong attention to detail

· Experience operating power tools (drill, grinder)

· Comfortable using digital tools and organizational software

· Maintain workspace conditions to facilitate cleanliness and productivity for other workspace users

· Can read and interpret mechanical part and assembly drawings and instructions

· Can lift up to 60 lbs
