Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions for clients ranging from school-aged children to adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse needs.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record of client interactions through timely documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
- Managing client scheduling, ensuring regular follow-ups and consistent communication to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Leveraging our billing service to oversee claims, client accounts, and payment plans, ensuring that administrative duties do not detract from client care.
- Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss cases, exchange insight, and collaborate on treatment strategies and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
