Start your morning in our climate-controlled, state-of-the-art Marlborough, MA facility, where you’ll keep high-speed lines for dressings, marinades, and BBQ sauces operating at peak performance. You’ll move between production areas and building systems, installing, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical and electronic controls across the plant.

What you’ll do
- Install, maintain, and repair plant power distribution and control systems (low and high voltage) for machinery, equipment, and facility utilities.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on motors, motor control circuits, and device-level controls using schematics and test equipment.
- Work within industrial control software, including RSLinx, RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, and RSLogix 5000.
- Configure and service industrial networks such as DeviceNet, ControlNet, and Remote I/O.
- Troubleshoot communication issues on DH+, DH485, DeviceNet, and Ethernet.
- Support advanced motion systems: servomotors, servo amplifiers, and servo controllers.
- Proactively identify issues across the facility and grounds; drive corrective actions to completion.
- Interpret electrical prints and manufacturer documentation; identify, specify, and order replacement parts.
- Collaborate closely with mechanics, supervisors, contractors, and vendors to plan and execute repairs.
- Document work clearly and communicate status and next steps to stakeholders.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or at least 5 years of directly related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
