Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Cambridge, MA. This position offers a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 30 or more hours each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Are willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly

  • Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our assistance)

  • Value independence while also enjoying teamwork

  • Have an interest in clinical leadership or supervisory positions

  • Exhibit strong character traits — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care


Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts

  • Must reside and hold a license in the state where services are provided


Compensation:
Compensation can reach up to $124,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
