The Mission: What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the routine monitoring and control of our critical manufacturing environment and utilities:

  • Routine & Critical Sampling: Conduct routine Environmental Monitoring (EM), including In-Process and EMPQ's, WFI Sampling, and Compressed Gas Sampling across clinical and commercial operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Write, revise, and strictly follow SOPs, protocols, and reports. You will support quality systems records such as deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure meticulous data entry, review, and trending using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
  • Lab Operations & Collaboration: Maintain lab equipment, perform housekeeping tasks, and collaborate with internal and external labs for sample coordination and testing.
  • Troubleshooting: Actively troubleshoot equipment and test methods and participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.


What You'll Need to Bring

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degrees will not be considered).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and electronic databases (LIMS, SAP, eQMS).

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a GMP QC laboratory setting, specifically focusing on microbiology.

Instrumentation: Hands-on experience with particle counters, viable air samplers, and gas equipment.

Core Knowledge: Knowledge of GMP, microbiology, aseptic techniques, and general laboratory instrumentation.

Regulatory: Familiarity with relevant FDA, EU, ICH guidelines, and regulations.

Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills and organizational abilities.

Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix environment.
