Floor Assembly Operator – Semi-Products
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Work Location: 333 Coney Street, Walpole, Massachusetts, USA 2032
Position Purpose
The Floor Assembly Operator – Semi-Products is responsible for the accurate and efficient sub-assembly of intermediate components used in the final assembly of finished sensor modules.
Major Responsibilities
- Inspect and assemble sensor gaskets, crossover gaskets, and flowcells accurately and according to established procedures.
- Follow Flowcell and Gasket Assembly Procedure #4-016735 to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare and etch sensor module parts requiring etching for plasma treatment.
- Operate the Glen Plasma Cleaning System according to Operation of the Plasma Treatment System Procedure #4-30330.
- Sub-assemble reference gaskets and reference covers according to Ref. Sub-Assembly Weld Operation Procedure #3-017074.
- Perform welding of reference gasket and reference cover sub-assemblies in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, safety, and productivity throughout the assembly process.
- Follow all applicable standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
