Job Title: Production Associate – Racking & Parts Handling

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Location: Attleboro Falls, MA

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM–3:45 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by preparing and securing parts for various finishing and production processes. This role involves handling components with care, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring materials are properly staged for production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and secure parts onto racks, fixtures, or holding devices according to production instructions.
• Inspect components before and after processing to identify defects, damage, or quality concerns.
• Safely remove completed parts from racks and prepare them for packaging, inspection, or the next stage of production.
• Maintain racks, fixtures, tools, and workstations in a clean and organized condition.
• Record production information, including quantities completed, part numbers, and any quality issues.
• Follow established work instructions and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe material handling practices.
• Perform additional production and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, counting, and recordkeeping skills.
• Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling production materials.
