Office Manager Food Manufacturing | Full-Time | Onsite | Worcester Area
Location: Onsite in Leominister, MA (Commutable from Worcester, Boston Metro North)
Job Overview
A key administrative role overseeing day-to-day operations in HR, customer service, and accounting for a food manufacturing company. You'll lead compliance, support finance, and drive cross-departmental coordination.
Responsibilities:
HR & Compliance

Manage benefits, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records

Ensure legal compliance with state and federal laws

Support performance tracking and employee relations
Customer Service & Administration

Handle order processing, customer inquiries, shipment coordination

Maintain office supplies, manage vendors, and oversee driver compliance

Track company assets and fleet insurance
Accounting Oversight

Backup for AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close

Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal reports
Looking for someone with:

5+ years of office management experience in manufacturing (REQUIRED: food industry)

Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, compliance, and basic accounting

Proactive, organized, and able to handle multi-departmental responsibilities
