Key Responsibilities\n

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary remote team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
- Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our secure electronic medical record system.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilize situations for clients in need, ensuring they have access to the appropriate resources and support.
