Job Description

Compliance and Management Analyst to join our Investment Operations team in Boston.

What you'll do:

\n

    \n
  • Code pre/post-trade investment restrictions into thinkFolio and Charles River (CRD)
  • \n

  • Lead post-trade monitoring for U.S. clients and support fund managers on incident resolution
  • \n

  • Partner with Fund Managers and Client Directors to accurately interpret and implement new mandates/amendments
  • \n

  • Drive guideline-related projects and process improvements, including support for our growing Pune offshore team
  • \n

  • Complete monthly/quarterly compliance attestations and respond to client guideline queries
  • \n

\n

What you'll bring:

\n

    \n
  • BA/BS in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • \n

  • 1+ years Experience in a guideline-related function, ideally with Charles River (CRD) or a similar OMS
  • \n

  • Strong grasp of fixed income/municipal securities (required)
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SQL a plus
  • \n

  • A proactive mindset for reducing operational risk and improving processes
  • \n

Base salary range: $110,000–$125,000, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, EAP, and more).
