Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment efficacy and provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision aimed at enhancing clinical skills.
- Uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
