Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
- Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing varied therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
- Develop and implement thoughtful treatment plans, ensuring they align with clients' unique needs, cultural considerations, and progress milestones.
- Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support for clients in acute distress or high-risk situations, including executing risk assessments and safety planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively, integrating services across backgrounds and specialties.
- Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and destigmatization within the Brattleboro area.
- Provide advocacy for clients, connecting them with essential resources and services in the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
