Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

  • Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing varied therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

  • Develop and implement thoughtful treatment plans, ensuring they align with clients' unique needs, cultural considerations, and progress milestones.

  • Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support for clients in acute distress or high-risk situations, including executing risk assessments and safety planning.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively, integrating services across backgrounds and specialties.

  • Actively participate in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and destigmatization within the Brattleboro area.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
