Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Service Partner Recruiting Associate to support contractor outreach and partner qualification efforts for a construction-focused organization in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This contract position with potential for a long-term opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys connecting with people, and stays persistent when building new business relationships. The role centers on identifying and engaging service providers for seasonal commercial grounds work while maintaining a detail-oriented, friendly approach in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective service partners through high-volume outbound calling to introduce contract opportunities for commercial mowing, edging, and weeding services.
• Reconnect with contractors who have not replied to prior outreach and assess their level of interest in available assignments.
• Screen service providers by gathering details about their experience, service capabilities, and the equipment they can supply under contract.
• Develop positive working relationships with prospective partners by using clear communication and a personable, detail-oriented style.
• Collaborate with an experienced subject matter expert to strengthen outreach efforts and ensure accurate qualification of candidates.
• Record call outcomes, partner details, and follow-up activities accurately in internal tracking systems and related documents.
• Support appointment setting and ongoing communication through phone and email to move potential partners through the recruitment process.• Proven ability to succeed in outbound calling, sales calls, or recruiting-focused phone outreach.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a calm, direct, and consistent presentation style.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced calling environment.
• Comfortable speaking with blue-collar service providers and building rapport through frequent human interaction.
• Background in outdoor trades, contractor services, recruitment, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry, email correspondence, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Friendly, hardworking approach with the persistence to follow up and the energy to take on outreach challenges.
