Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level independent or collaborative research

Compensation & Support
- 💰 Annual Salary: $40,000 – $250,000+ (negotiable)
- 🚀 Startup Funding: Up to $400,000
- 🏠 Housing/Relocation Support: Up to $400,000
- 🛠️ Full support for visa, residence, healthcare, children's education, and relocation
Career Tracks
- Academic: Lecturer → Professor
- Research: Assistant → Senior Scientist → Group Leader

Candidate Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Degree from a top global university (QS Top 200 preferred)
- Strong publication and research record
- Willingness to collaborate with Chinese institutions
