This role supports day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding and recruiting coordination to employee engagement, training logistics, and HR administration. Compensation:
$55-$60K*

Responsibilities:
- Own HR administrative workflows by processing HR documentation and maintaining up-to-date personnel files and HR databases
- Coordinate recruiting logistics, including job posting updates, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and onboarding packet preparation
- Support onboarding by preparing paperwork, collecting required documentation, and assisting with new-hire orientation logistics
- Assist with benefits and HR policy administration by answering employee questions and escalating complex issues to the HR team
- Schedule and track training initiatives, maintaining training calendars, attendance records, and follow-up documentation
- Prepare routine HR reporting (spreadsheets, trackers, and correspondence) to support ongoing HR operations
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data and supporting HR compliance activities
- Provide general office and HR team administrative support, including meeting coordination and document management
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Prior HR internship experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
