Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish a quality plan for all manufactured product
- Maintain Supply Base quality
- Maintain supplier approval ratings
- Material review requests/responses
- Maintains the ESD Program
- Maintains the Calibration Program
- Oversees the training of employees regarding quality standards
- Supports the Quality Management System (ISO 13485)
- Injects and tests materials, equipment, processes and products to insure quality specifications are met.
- Investigates and troubleshoots product or production issues
- Develops corrective actions, solutions and improvements
- Review of drawings, standards, specifications and processes
- Works in a safe and efficient manner
- Other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Degree in an engineering, quality or industrial discipline, or five years experience of equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment
- CQA or internal auditing experience
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 familiarity
- Experience in interpreting Bill of Materials, Drawings and Process Sheets
- Experience in coding and using QA software tools and processes
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Materials, Methods Planning, Stock Room and Visual Inspection
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret drawings, standards and specifications
- Lean and Six Sigma knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
