Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients diagnosed with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in virtual settings and during community outreach.

  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients and their families, creating a safe space for open communication.
  • \n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure seamless integration with other services, including educational support from teachers and administrators.

  • Monitor, document, and report on clients’ progress and respond to treatment challenges effectively, tailoring interventions based on individual needs.
  • \n

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on prevention, treatment, and psychoeducation aimed at empowering clients.

  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences to enhance the care continuum for clients.

  • Support crisis intervention initiatives as necessary, ensuring timely response and intervention.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents who may be grappling with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution (required).

  • Current Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 on a yearly basis, commensurate with experience.
