Bindery Operator/Machine Operator

· $18 - $20++/Hour to start

· Monday – Friday

· First Shift, 7:30am – 4pm

Duties:

· Assist with bindery production of printed materials

· Operate/assist on binding equipment (saddle stitchers, perfect binders)

· Feed, inspect, and handle materials during production

· Monitor quality and report any issues

· Stack and prepare finished products for shipment

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

· Support setup, troubleshooting, and cleanup as needed

· Train to eventually run equipment independently

Requirements:

· Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn production equipment (experience a plus, not required)

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

· Team player who follows instructions, shows up reliably, and takes initiative

· Capable of basic troubleshooting with training

· Must not be color blind

· Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements

· Lift, carry, stack, and move materials as needed

· Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift

· Comfortable working around machinery and following all safety procedures
