B&amp;C is a full-line truck equipment distributor specializing in vehicle-mounted snow plows, ice control equipment, truck bodies and mobile hydraulics. &nbsp;We are a growing, family-owned business who is seeking a full-time, year-round Inside Sales Rep who will be based in our Salem office. This person will be responsible for phone and in-person customer sales.&nbsp;
 
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Create purchase orders and source products to complete jobs</li>
<li>Develop sales report and quote sheets</li>
<li>Work with vendors and build relationships with suppliers</li>
<li>Assist with operational oversight and track jobs/projects</li>
<li>Establish and build relationships with new, existing, and potential customers</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-5+ years of sales support work experience</li>
<li>Strong technical skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills - MS Excel, Word, E-mail, PDFs</li>
<li>Solid organization skills and attention to details</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and with team</li>
