Foreman - Fence Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of fence installation experience (preferred).
- At least 2 years of construction experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, including marijuana.
Foreman - Fence Preferred Background & Skills
- Hoisting License is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including augers, generators, and hand tools.
- Proficient with cellular phones, GPS software, tablets, and portable computers.
Foreman - Fence Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines while supervising crew members and subcontractors.
- Utilize construction management software for budgeting and project tracking.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure quality control and accurate installation.
- Maintain necessary licenses and ensure safety protocols are followed.
