Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Seacoast NH on a contract basis, offering $35-45/hr DOE with flexible hours. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Engineering, Technical, and Industrial staff across both salary and hourly positions. Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Onboard new employees effectively to ensure smooth integration
Recruit for technical, industrial, salary, and hourly positions
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align recruitment strategies
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
Implement recruiting metrics focused on quality of hire
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and workflow
Maintain candidate engagement through post-hire follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
Knowledge of onboarding processes and technical recruitment
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Effective time management skills
