Location: Methuen, MA (Onsite)
Compensation: $80K-$110K per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and coach exterior cleaning crews to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Conduct daily team briefings and on-site visits to maintain preparedness, safety, and operational compliance
- Use tools like Housecall Pro for scheduling, route optimization, and crew coordination
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including production rates, gross margins, and customer satisfaction
- Uphold and enforce safety standards while providing ongoing training on best practices and OSHA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role
- Proficiency with Housecall Pro or similar CRM/scheduling platforms
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety requirements and compliance procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home Services experience
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Familiarity with holiday lighting installation and exterior maintenance
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a similar setting
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $80K-$110K annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)
- Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan options, PTO, and paid holidays
- Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, occasional weekends during peak season
