Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a distribution company located in Burlington, MA, seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.\n \n About the Opportunity: \n

<li>Family-owned distribution company with 65+ years in the business</li>
\n
<li>Customers include construction companies, biotech firms, and hotels</li>
\n
<li>This position works closely with vendors as well as the company's secondary location</li>
\n</ul>
\n Responsibilities: \n
<ul>\n
<li>Process invoices using three-way match</li>
\n
<li>Handle the weekly check run and process ACH payments</li>
\n
<li>Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies as the main point of contact</li>
\n
<li>Assist with month- and year-end procedures</li>
\n
<li>Identify and suggest process improvements</li>
\n</ul>
\n Background Expected: \n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent</li>
\n
<li>3+ years of experience in accounts payable</li>
\n
<li>Experience using Epicor is preferred but not required</li>
\n</ul>
Salary Range: $60,000 - 65,000\n \n \n \n#INAUG2026
