Job DescriptionTired of slow trucks and hidden fees? Drive brand new equipment with a company that respects your time. We are hiring CDL A Solo OTR Dry Van Drivers for high paying 1099 positions. COMPENSATION & PAY:Pay Rate: $0.76 to $0.81 cpm based on experience (All miles paid loaded to empty).Weekly Gross: Average $2,400 to $2,600per week.Consistent Miles: Average 3,200 miles per week (Average haul: 600 miles).Zero Hidden Fees: $0 Deductions. We pay for truck lease, maintenance, insurance, and tolls (EZ Pass to Pre Pass provided).Extra Pay: $150 Layover to $25 per hour Detention (after 2 hours).Payment: Direct Deposit every Friday.PREMIUM EQUIPMENT (72 MPH):2027 Volvo 860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Permanently assigned).Truck Amenities: Inverter, APU, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet.Cameras: Event only inward to outward (Can be covered when parked).RUNS & HOME TIME:Route: All 48 states (NO New York City).Freight: 100% No Touch Dry Van (70% Drop & Hook).Home Time: 2 weeks out 2 days homePet Policy: Yes, pets welcome!REQUIREMENTS:Age 23 to 65 with a valid DOT Medical Card.Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years.Max 2 moving violations and max 1 DOT accident in the past 3 years.Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
