**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative/Bookkeeper to join our growing family business where we provide supplies and delivery to the health and childcare space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and the highest level of customer services to our customers on the phone and via email. This role will also be responsible for inputting orders into our system, generating invoices, and sending weekly marketing emails to our customer base. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a local, growing, family business. We have a loyal and friendly customer based, and we try to do everything we can to resolve customer concerns and contribute to their success.
Great for working around a school schedule. Hours will be part-time, on-site 9AM-3PM; Monday-Friday (30 hours/week).
**Duties**
The Customer Service Representative/Bookkeeper will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a friendly, timely and professional manner on the phone and via email
- Providing product information, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers
- Utilizing excellent communication and problem solving skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Generating invoices and inputting order data into our billing system
- Tracking weekly inventory to support ordering for food vendors
- Entering customer data accurately and efficiently into our system to ensure accuracy of orders
- Entering in receipts and invoices for record keeping of inventory
