As a Sales Professional, you’ll work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their goals and provide insurance and financial solutions designed to help protect what matters most to them. Compensation:

$75,000 - $110,000


Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and other business development activities

  • Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their goals, priorities, and financial needs

  • Educate clients on insurance and financial solutions that align with their individual circumstances and objectives

  • Develop and maintain a growing client base through consistent prospecting, relationship building, and follow-up

  • Provide ongoing service to existing clients and conduct regular reviews as their needs and goals evolve

  • Maintain accurate client records and track business development activities and progress toward individual goals

  • Stay current on relevant products, industry developments, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development

  • Collaborate with mentors, managers, and other professionals to continuously strengthen your knowledge and client-service skills


Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative

  • Ability and willingness to learn about insurance and financial products, industry regulations, and professional standards

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must possess or be willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license(s)

  • Comfortable using technology and learning new business and client-management systems

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a relationship-focused role is a plus, but not required

  • Coachable, professional, and committed to ongoing learning and development
