We are looking for a Waterjet Operator to join our team. Whether you are an experienced operator or eager to learn, we offer training and growth opportunities for the right candidate. The role involves cutting a variety of materials, including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium, to meet aerospace industry standards. Familiarity with OMAX machines a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC waterjet cutting machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up materials for cutting and ensure accuracy.
• Cut and process Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium with precision.
• Ensure all parts meet Drawing and aerospace quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine efficiency.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC waterjet cutting or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
